Description

Common name: Globe Thistle

‘Star Frost’ features a shorter habit and well-branched stems topped with silvery-white globes that are excellent for fresh cutting or drying. They add a unique element to any arrangement and are becoming more popular with florists every year. Leaves are deep green on the upper side, grey-green on the underside. Blooms even in the first year. Attractive to butterflies.Though they look prickly, they are not as rough to the touch as you might expect.
