Description

Common Name: Japanese painted Fern ‘Pewter Lace’

An exceptional Japanese Painted Fern with pewter metallic foliage. The deeply contrasting mid-rib in burgundy-purple is a nice plus. Tolerant of heat and humidity. Likes a rich, fertile soil. Combines well with Tiarella and Hosta.

Compared to ‘Silver Falls’, it is pewter silver rather than silver, and clonal propagation ensures invariability for the sought after pewter silver foliage.
