Campanula ‘Pink Octopus’
Common name: Pink Octopus, Bellflower
Bellflowers are popular for a reason - they nicely fill the front of the border without spreading, and their bold colours brighten up the garden when they are in bloom. Use this spreader in rock gardens, along pathways and patios, or in combination perennial containers.
By early summer, the unusual bell flowers showcased by ‘Pink Octopus’ begin as Japanese lantern buds that open to become strikingly pink flowers that bear resemblance to an octopus with their narrow and elegant petals. Over 50 blooms flutter down from the nicely upright flowering branches above strong, deeply cut foliage.
Combining low maintenance with a long bloom time, this campanula variety is a unique and worthwhile addition to your garden!
