‘Duchess of Albany’ is a small-flowering clematis that features tulip-shaped, deep pink flowers (2-3” diameter) with darker pink bands on the petal insides and yellow stamens.  This novelty clematis has been enjoyed by gardeners for over 100 years. The C. ‘Duchess of Albany’ has been such a successful cultivar that the Royal Horticultural Society gave her the Award of Merit in 1897 and the Award of Garden Merit in 1993. Profuse summer bloom (July-September). Pruning group C.
