Common Name: Decorative Dahlia

While bloom tipped in light Lavender. 4in blooms. This variety is a  prolific bloomer, making an ideal cut flower. Decorative dahlias produce more, but smaller blooms than their Dinnerplate cousins.

Dahlias are native to Mexico and are members of the Asteraceae. Garden relatives include the sunflower, daisy, chrysanthemum, and zinnia.  need to dig up and store the tubers before the first hard frost if you wish to grow year after year.
