Common Name: Dianthus x barbatus interspecific Rockin(™) Red, Border Carnation, ppaf, Garden Pinks

A hybrid strain of Dianthus which is a true multi-use plant, Rockin(™) Red is excellent for massed bedding, growing in the perennial border or in mixed containers and tubs.

A midsized selection with upright stems of lightly fragrant, lacy, vivid red single flowers, blooms in spring, again in summer and once again in the fall.

Dianthus (Garden Pinks) are low growing or mat forming plants that have tremendous spring bloom. Use near the front of the border or in rock gardens.

Flower Description: Fragrant and long lasting, vibrant red flowers are 3″ wide and have a lacy edge. Upright growth habit with a deep green foliage.
