Common Name: Actinidia arguta ‘Anna’, Hardy Kiwi Vine

  ‘Meader’ is a male variety that is required to pollinate female varieties of Actinidia arguta . Although this Kiwi plant won’t bear any fruit. One of the hardiest male varieties, it can survive in hardiness zone 4 (-34 ° C).  1 male Kiwi plant can pollinate 6 to 8 female plants.

NOTE: Actinidia arguta can not be used to pollinate Actinidia kolomikta.

Vines will tolerate some shade. Plants are vigorous and require annual pruning once established.
