Common name: Herbaceous Peony
Paeonia ‘Colonel Owen Cousins’ is early blooming, double white. Full bomb style buds, hints of soft pink while in bud, opening to white. Blooms can be as big as a tennis ball. This hybrid is above all other whites, hard to find selection. Great cut flower. (Cousins, 1972, USA).
