Description
Common name: Itoh Peony
Sonoma ‘Yedo’ is an Early Midseason Itoh Peony, extreme double yellow, with the highest petal count of all Yellow Itoh Hybrids. It blooms over a long period of time rather than opening all of the blooms on the plant at the same time. It begins opening blooms before Bartzella and will have blooms open well after Bartzella has finished up blooming. (Irene Tolemeo, USA, 2010).
Pictures of the roots are an example of the size/grade root you will receive. Our Itoh and Herbaceous peony roots are imported from the Netherlands. They are 3+ eyes. Do not be fooled by other vendors who sell smaller roots for cheaper prices.
