  'Moon over Barrington' is a Midseason Lactiflora Peony, rose-type double, light cream white flowers, fragrant, short growth habit with dark green, glossy foliage, excellent cut-flower. This is must have in every peony garden. Moon Over Barrington checks all the boxes needed for a great peony. (Roy Klehm, USA, 1986).
