Description
Common name:Â Passion Fruit Vine
Extremely fast growing, with 3-4″ flowers. Flowers are ornate, multi-colored, with a minty scent much like the fruit of the pineapple guava. Vines produce egg shaped orange fruits with deep red, edible pulp, although not as tasty as the purple passion fruit.Â
Passiflora makes a great container plant for the patio, house or conservatory. When grown in containers regular pruning is required.Â
