 'Jan Van Leeuwen' is a Late Midseason White Peony Lactiflora, Japanese, white heavy petals surround a small centre of deep yellow staminodes, similar to classic Japanese Higo cultivars, excellent garden plant, normal grower, thick strong erect stems, good bush habit, has good potential to become part of the “good” list of well paid cutflowers, (van Leeuwen, Holland, 1928).
