At The Gentlemen’s Backyard your satisfaction is our number one priority. As a gardener myself I strive to source and ship plants, roots and bulbs that I would want to receive. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your shipment upon arrival please contact as soon as possible.
We guarantee that your spring shipped plants, bulbs and roots will arrive healthy and, they will grow you for you the first season. We can not guarantee flowering in the first season as some plants take two growing seasons to bloom. If upon arrive you find a plant is not alive or in very poor condition please make us aware of this. In some cases the plant is actually dormant and will only come to life once planted and cared for, for a few weeks. Russian sage is a common plant that is often thought to be dead, but once planted, watered and given sunshine for a few week it shows sign of life.
All claims must be accompanied with a picture of the item you are writing about. Also, please ensure you contact us no later then the 1st of Aug to make any claim. Please, do not hesitate to contact us. We want you gardening experience with The Gentlemen’s Backyard to be outstanding!
Because of condition such as hardiness, wet/flooded ground, planting dept ect. we do not guarantee plants, bulbs or roots through the winter. We do our best to list accurate hardiness zones for our plants, sometimes there is weather patterns or cultural practices that can have a negative effect on your plants.
