Description
Common Name: Yarrow
This variety of yarrow is not like the taller types, ‘King Edward’ is a dwarf variety of yarrow. Use this variety along walkways and n the front of the border. Low carpet forming perennial with fragrant olive-green foliage, spreading to around one foot wide. Spring time brings butter-yellow flowers on short stems which rise 6 inches or so above the dense mat of foliage. Sheer spent blooms to encourage a new flush of blooms.
