Common Name: Naples Onion, Naples Garlic, Brides Onion ‘Neapolitanum’, Allium neapolitanum
This is a beautiful, highly proliferous species with sweetly-scented, white, star-shaped flowers forming umbels 3.0-4.0” diameter. Blooms in Late Spring-Early Summer. The leaves are narrow and green.
Bulbs require well drained soil. Will not perform well if soil holds too much water. Add sand or grit to the bottom of the hole to improve drainage.
