Common Name: Persian Onion, Ornamental Onion ‘Rosy Dream’, Allium carolinianum
The strong stalk of this compact variety bears a spherical fluffy-looking pink flower in early summer. On top of that, Allium ‘Rosy Dream’ has wonderfully scented flowers which are loved by bees and butterflies.
Bulbs require well drained soil. Will not perform well if soil holds too much water. Add sand or grit to the bottom of the hole to improve drainage.
