Description
Common Name: Persian Lily, Persian Bells ‘Ivory Bells’
It bears tall racemes of bell-shaped flowers that open greenish white but mature to a delicate ivory. The green-grey foliage provides a very nice contrast. They will bloom in Late Spring.
Fritillarias look best when planted in groups. They are at home in full sun where the soil is rich and well-drained soil.
Bulbs require well drained soil. Will not perform well if soil holds to much water. Add sand or grit to the bottom of the hole to improve drainage.
