Common Name: Double Snowdrop, Galanthus nivalis ‘Flore Pleno’
One of the earliest flowering bulbs, sometimes popping through the snow at the end of January. These frosty white, bell-like double flowers seem impervious to cold winter weather. Ideal for naturalizing.
Bulbs require well drained soil. Will not perform well if the soil holds too much water. Add sand or grit to the bottom of the hole to improve drainage.
