Harvest in Late Summer; huge bulb with 5-7 cloves per bulb. One of the best! Spicy, hot flavour, it’s been said to “grow like a weed and store like a rock”
Canadian Grown garlic. Garlic is best started in the Fall and harvested in Late Summer.
Storage –Â Â Excellent for storing, expect 8-9 months.
Bulbs require well drained soil. Will not perform well if soil holds too much water.
