Harvest in Late Summer; 5-9 cloves per bulb. Spicy, hot flavour becomes milder when stored. Great grower and excellent for storage.
Canadian Grown garlic. Garlic is best started in the Fall and harvested in Late Summer.
Storage –Â Â Excellent for storing, expect 8-9 months.
Bulbs require well drained soil. Will not perform well if soil holds too much water.
