Common Name: Rocambole Hardneck ‘Spanish Roja’

Harvest in Mid to Late Summer; 5 cloves per bulb. Produces deep, rich, complex flavoured and spicy garlic. Excellent for cold climates.

Canadian Grown garlic. Garlic is best started in the Fall and harvested in Late Summer.

Storage – Enjoy shortly after harvest.

Bulbs require well drained soil. Will not perform well if soil holds too much water.
