This variety of Lenten rose features stuning garnet-laced flowers with red veins on every brilliant white petal. A member of Terra Nova’s new NORTH STAR(™) series, Garnet Frills is a very hardy and easy to grow perennial that has exceptional flower count, even as a young plant. A winter time classic and very deer-resistant.
