Description
Common name: Grape Muscari
Latifolium produces a two-toned spike, dark violet lower, and light violet upper. This species has a broadleaf, unlike most Muscari. Each bulb will produce 1 spike and 1 broadleaf. Plant in groupings for best display. Full sun to light shade and well drained soil is best for these bulbs. Muscari is very easy to grow and will naturalize over time.
Bulbs require well drained soil. Will not perform well if soil holds to much water. Add sand or grit to the bottom of the hole to improve drainage.
