Caribe is a high yielding oblong potato with a purple skin and white flesh. These potatoes are an early maturing variety that can grow quite large if planted early and left until the end of season for harvest. Excellent storage qualities and great for boiling.
 Thes uniquely colored potatoes have delicious creamy white flesh that is meaty and moist. Very similar to Norland.Â
