Tulipa humilis ‘Tête-à-Tête’ has deep cherry pink double flowers with green highlights in the outer petals. Perfect for showing off in containers – short and sweet.Also known as Bouquet Tulips, these late blooming tulips create 4 to 6 full-sized flowers per stem – it’s like have a full bouquet on one stem!
Botanical tulips are what tulips used to look like and still look like in the wild. They are smaller in bulb size, height, and flower size than your standard spring tulips but they are just as colourful and perhaps a little bit more sophisticated. They look more like sparkling jewels than a big brash boisterous flower.
Bulbs require well drained soil. Will not perform well if soil holds too much water. Add sand or grit to the bottom of the hole to improve drainage.
