Common name: Double Late Tulip
Belfort is a relatively new tulip and unique in that it is not only double but is also fringed. Dark Scarlet blooms are fully double and have strong stems make it a great cut flower.
Bulbs require well drained soil. Will not perform well if soil holds to much water. Add sand or grit to the bottom of the hole to improve drainage.
