Description
Common name: Mid season Tulip
Pittsburg is a reddish-plum mid season tulip. With red tips, plum centers and white bases. Pittsburg’s color will darken as it matures. Triumph Tulips are great in the garden, mass plantings and as a cut flower with their strong stems.
Bulbs require well drained soil. Will not perform well if soil holds to much water. Add sand or grit to the bottom of the hole to improve drainage.
