    Schubertii is a very unique allium and will be sure to get a lot of questions from those who visit your gardens. These huge globes are stunning in a flower arrangement. Blooms late in spring, just as summer is arriving. Pollinators love Allium. Plant in groups for the best display. Full sun is best, will tolerate light shade. Well drained soil is best for bulbs.

 Bulbs require well drained soil. Will not perform well if soil holds to much water. Add sand or grit to the bottom of the hole to improve drainage.
