Common Name: Mentha spicata, ‘Kentucky Colonel’
An especially tasty spearmint used for juleps and mojitos. A robust plant that produces large leaves. Like other mints it is easy to grow and can be quite vigorous. Very durable and useful as a houseplant or buried in containers to reduce spread. Bears lilac blooms in summer.
