Common name: Double early Tulip
There is so much going on here, primary gold and apricot with some hits of red. Foxy Foxtrot pairs well with purples and red. Strong stems make it a great cut flower.
Bulbs require well drained soil. Will not perform well if soil holds to much water. Add sand or grit to the bottom of the hole to improve drainage.
