The Japanese Painted Fern is known for its great attributes. This creamy-white form of Japanese Painted Fern glows in the shade, each frond is highlighted with white centers and light green edges. ‘Pearly White’ is compact and clumping in form, and it can be used as a smaller fern in shady borders.
Forms a small mound that looks particularly good edging a woodland walkway, in shady borders or even in containers. Gradually spreads to form an elegant ground cover. Deciduous and originating from China/Japan.
