Common Name: Purple Stripe Hardneck
Harvest in Mid to Late Summer; 5 cloves per bulb. A strong, fiery, long-lasting heat, it is known as one of the hottest hardneck variesties. Very assertive when used raw. Excellent, complex flavour when roasted.
Canadian Grown garlic. Garlic is best started in the Fall and harvested in Late Summer.
Storage –Â Â Expect 3-6 months.
Bulbs require well drained soil. Will not perform well if soil holds too much water.
