Common Name: Purple Stripe Hardneck ‘Duganski’

Harvest in Mid Summer; 7-10 cloves per bulb. Fiery flavour that mellows out to a rich garlic taste.

Canadian Grown garlic. Garlic is best started in the Fall and harvested in Late Summer.

Storage –  Expect 3-6 months. Stores well.

Bulbs require well drained soil. Will not perform well if soil holds too much water.
