‘Cajun Rhythm’ (Iris germanica) is a large-flowering bright orange bloom with white falls that are edged in apricot. This variety will be a spectacular addition to your perennial garden. Drought resistant.
Tall Bearded types are vibrant and beautiful in the back of the border. Plants form a clump of green sword-shaped leaves, blooming in late spring. Choose a sunny position, with well-drained, loamy soil. Bearded Iris are heavy feeders, so plan to fertilize in early spring, and again in late summer. Plants should be divided every 3 to 4 years, in August.Â
