Peony ‘Green Halo’ is an early midseason variety of Lactiflora. A quite unique flower form and colour, ‘Green Halo’ produces unusual tufts of semi-double flowers consiting of white white petals and petaloides that arise from an alluring light green blossom petal base, slightly fragrant, most unusual colour (Roy G. Klehm, 1999, USA).
